Mascot Contest Entry

This is a contest entry for 's mascot contest entry.

I have several reasons that I chose this particular design.

1. They said that the mascot must have a design that is rather grounded in reality, and not too unnatural. So I decided to have Yellow have bunched up spots as her distinguishing feature, along with the light coloured mantle. That's also pretty much why she has rather basic cheetah colouring.

2. I made her be an African Cheetah, because I think a normal cheetah would represent all cheetahs the best. Sure a maltese cheetah is awesome as heck, but some people won't know that they exist, right?

3. They said that accessories were okay, as long as they were not too over-the-top. So I decided on a radio collar. Radio collars are too awesome with their antennae.

4. She's an artist because... This is deviantart...?

5. I named her Yellow because naming her a Swahili name would be too common.


So... Yeah. XD

My cheetah anatomy is all jacked up. D: I need to improve on that.
